4.1 Return Window
We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
4.2 Eligible Items for Return
- Items in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered.
- Items with original tags still attached.
- Items returned within 10 days of delivery.
4.3 Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items returned after the 10-day window.
- Gift cards.
4.4 How to Initiate a Return
- Step 1: Email us at info@dopraa.store within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Step 2: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Step 3: We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Step 4: Pack items securely and ship them back to us.
4.5 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
4.6 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
4.7 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at info@dopraa.store within 10 days of delivery. If the desired size or color is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.
4.8 Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
